Tuesday Photo Challenge – Worship

I find churches, whether huge cathedrals or tiny chapels, very beautiful, serene, and peaceful.  I am also drawn to cemetery statuary and Mother Mary figurines.  I’m not Catholic.  I was baptized Congregationalist.  I’ve been to Catholic mass, both wedding and funeral, went to Vacation Bible School through the Nazarene church in Maryland, and sat through many sermons at various other Protestant churches.  I’m not “churchy” in the gotta-go-to-church-every-Sunday, but I feel I’m spiritual.
