Hi all, Happy January!
I haven’t been a very good blogger for a while, and I apologize for that.
I have recommitted myself to my former Keto lifestyle —- NOT as a New Year’s resolution, but as a gift to myself. 2018 brought me back 20 pounds, so, prior to NY Eve, I decided to stop being an idiot and get back to the way of life that makes me FEEL better. So, I’m back to strict Keto macros, logging food, no sweets, and no alcohol. I’m keeping my carbs under 20 grams (net) and calories at (an arbitrary) 1450. As of Sunday, January 7th, I’m down 8 pounds!
I, of course, get NO support from my parents. Thank God for my sister, my niece, my nephew, and my brother (and his family). I’m also thankful for some of my co-workers who completely support my efforts. Without these folks, I’d be on my own.
Hopefully I’ll get back to more blogging, photos, etc. It’s been really a rough couple of months getting back in the swing after the holidays.
