My lunch today.
My diet has sucked BIG TIME lately … potatoes (gasp!), wine, a 1/2 BLT (holy shit … BREAD!!), and who the fuck knew that 1 peppermint would contain 5 g of carbs ????? ….. and more martinis than anyone should drink. God knows what my numbers will be when I go for my yearly checkup in November. Plus I KNOW I’ll feel better once I’m back into my way of eating (WOE). I’m already sleeping better without drinking.
We shall see …
