For your main meal do you prefer sweet and sour, hot and spicy, spicy and sweet, bitter, salty, bland or other?
As I eat a (mostly) Ketogenic diet, I generally fix things like pork chops, steak, or chicken and roasted vegetables. No bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, starchy food, and no sweets. I try to limit alcohol but, as most of my followers know, I tend to OVER indulge in alcohol. Extra-dirty vodka martinis to be exact.
Where do you hide junk when people come over?
I hide papers in my desk and other crap wherever no-one will be looking (spare room, usually)
What daily habit would you like to introduce to your life?
A daily run, even if only 1 mile.

I am grateful for my favorite travel companion, my sister. Yes, I love to travel solo, but, if given the option, I’d so much rather travel with Sissy.
And while it sounds bizarre, I’m grateful to get back to the daily work grind. It enables me to travel (paycheck, obviously) and I truly love my work.
